## **How to Redeem This Promotion**

Once the questions are filled out and submitted, your friend will receive an email. The referral promotion email must be opened and clicked through — once there, a pop-up will appear with a unique Discount Code to enter upon checkout. Enter the displayed code in the Discount Code box at checkout; this cannot be applied after the purchase. Be sure to check out under the same email address that received the referral email.

## **Promotion Terms & Conditions**

As with all great things, here's the fine print:

*   This promotion is valid for new customers only. The referred friend must be a new customer and not part of your same household.
*   Promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions.
*   Offer is single-use per customer, limited to one 20% promotional coupon per transaction, and non-transferable.
*   Excludes sales items and gift cards.
*   This promotion can only be redeemed online at vuori.com (not available in physical retail stores) and is valid for US customers only.
*   Promo code expires 30 days after the referral email is sent, at 11:59 PM PT on the expiration date, and must be entered upon checkout using the email address associated with the referral.
*   The 20% promo code can only be redeemed on orders of $150 or more before the discount.
*   Promotion cannot be applied after the order is placed.
*   Promotion not valid for V1 Community members.
*   Discount applies to eligible merchandise subtotal only and does not reduce shipping charges or applicable taxes.
*   If a qualifying purchase is returned or adjusted such that the net purchase amount falls below $150, Vuori reserves the right to void or deactivate any referral reward issued in connection with that purchase.
*   Vuori reserves the right to revoke referral rewards obtained through fraud, self-referral, or other abuse of this program.
