Start your return by clicking [**HERE**](https://returns.narvar.com/vuoriclothing/returns). You will need your order number and order email to create a free return label. Please ensure you use our Vuori return shipping labels to avoid extended processing times and receive an accurate refund amount. If you don't have a printer, you can choose a "printer-less" option and bring in the QR code to your local USPS where they will print you a free label either at the counter or the self-help USPS kiosk. Even though the return label says UPS, your return begins its journey with USPS, so you can leave the return package in your mailbox or bring it to your Post Office. Once you've created your return label you will have up to 90 days to use it, depending on your order date.

  
Multiple orders should not be combined together into one return parcel. Instead, we ask that you ship in separate packages using the corresponding return labels and RMA's generated in our return portal. This will ensure a faster processing time for your refund.  
  
While we do not offer direct exchanges you can place a new order whenever you're ready and use the above form to process a free return. 

  
If you are wondering about the status of your return or refund, please allow 48 hours for your return to be processed once it arrived at our returns facility. It usually takes less than 5 business days for your return to get to us, but can take up to 2 weeks for places like Hawaii and Florida.  
  

For items purchased from a Vuori Retail Store, please bring the items back to any US Vuori Retail Store for a return under our Investment in Happiness.

♻️ A Note on Return Bags & Boxes:

Please use the recyclable plastic bag or box that your order and all its contents was mailed in. The recyclable plastic bag is resealable and contains a fresh sticky flap for you to reseal your return. Please DO NOT use the paper packaging your clothing is packaged in.

  

#### Step by Step Return Instructions:

Once in the Return Portal:

1.  Enter your order number and the email address used at checkout
2.  Click Next
3.  Select the item(s) from your order you'd like to return 
    1.  If you can't select any items, it could be because: The order hasn't been delivered yet or you are past the return window. It could also be because the order was purchased at one of our Vuori Retail Stores, please visit any of our Vuori Retail stores to return your gear. 
4.  Choose a reason for each of the items you are returning, the reasons are:
    1.  Just Don't Love it
    2.  Fits too small
    3.  Fits too large
    4.  Does not fit true to size
    5.  Physical product does not match image
    6.  The product is defective
    7.  Other
5.  Click Done
6.  Click Next at the bottom of the page when all the items you'd like to return have been selected
7.  Choose if you'd like to "Ship It Back with USPS" and get a label to print or choose "Go Printerless at USPS" if you'd like to bring your package to your nearest Post Office and show the return code for them to print a label for you
    1.  You can select a Post Office at this step, but don't worry, you can bring it to any Post Office you'd like
8.  If you'd for your preferences to be saved, check the box
9.  Click Submit
